We are so excited to finally pull back the curtain on our reimagined 7-course tasting menu experience at Agency Cocktail Lounge.

To bring the true spirit of Filipino hospitality to life, we’re hosting these evenings in an exclusive, communal setting. We will be running TWO seatings per night, on designated Tuesday nights, limited to 12 guests each. This intimate, shared table is where the magic happens—it’s about more than just a meal; it’s about connection.

Chef Zach will be stepping out of the kitchen while cooking, and serve you personally throughout the evening. While he takes his craft seriously, he keeps the vibe light, sharing the stories and travels that shaped his love for Filipino cuisine. From the inspirations he draws from his family to the techniques he’s gathered across the Philippines, Zach is thrilled to guide you through every course with a mix of professional precision and a lot of heart.

And of course, thoughtfully composed cocktails from the team at Agency will be available throughout the evening, alongside a limited selection of beer and wine.

Doors Open:

• Seating #1: 5:00pm

• Seating #2: 7:30pm

***Doors open 30 minutes prior to your reservation to allow all guests to arrive. Please feel free to come in, order a drink, look around, make yourself at home before dinner commences.

Dinner Start Time:

• Seating #1: 5:30pm-7:30pm

• Seating #2: 8:00pm-10pm

** A Note on Timing: To fully enjoy the 7-course journey, please plan for a duration of approximately 1.5-2 hours. We recommend clearing your schedule for the full window so you can savor every bite.

Drinks & Libations

Our partners at Agency will be handling the bar, featuring a curated list of creative cocktails and a limited beer selection.

• Payment: Cash or Card accepted for drinks.

• Tipping: Any tips added to a Credit Card go directly to the Agency bartending staff.

Tipping the Sinta Team

Since your dinner was pre-paid via your ticket, the "check" at the end of the night is only for your drinks.

• The Kitchen & Servers: To support our hard-working kitchen and floor team, we kindly ask that you bring cash for tipping if you’d like to show them some love.

• The Bartender: As mentioned, credit card tips on your drink tab stay with the bartender.
